Description Assist with audit preparation, focusing on chemical management, hazardous materials, and contractor management. Manage document distribution and ensure proper filing and recording within the system. Help track and record employee health monitoring results, schedule appointments (e.g., hearing tests), and store results. Support managers with logging into systems, coordinating inductions, and maintaining accurate records for safety audits. Conduct site visits for hazard assessments (non-technical) and take photos to support audit requirements. Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, prioritising multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment. Profile Experience in administrative support, document control, or project management. General understanding of safety audits, hazardous materials, and contractor management (prior experience a plus). Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational and communication skills. Comfortable with filing systems and basic tech tools for document control. Ability to visit work sites as needed.
