You’ll draw on the expertise of our People, Strategy & Brand team to support leaders and employees in a consistent, thoughtful and people‑centred way. You’ll play a key role across the full employee lifecycle - helping leaders attract great talent, develop and grow their teams, navigate performance conversations, support employee relations matters, and create meaningful people experiences at every stage. What you'll bring to the table Coach and empower leaders throughout the entire employee lifecycle - from attracting talent and onboarding to developing capability, boosting employee engagement and guiding smooth offboarding. Provide practical, people‑first advice to help leaders navigate performance conversations, resolve challenges constructively, and manage investigations respectfully. Build leadership capability by reinforcing consistent people practices, sharing frameworks that make decision‑making easier, and coaching leaders so they feel supported and equipped. Partner with leaders on workforce planning , including forecasting needs, shaping roles, evaluating positions and supporting recruitment and selection. Collaborate with the PSB leadership team on people and culture initiatives that strengthen our culture and support organisational growth. Support the development of our HR Technology Roadmap , helping design people‑centric systems that make work more connected and efficient. Skills And Experiences You will also have Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline. Demonstrated experience working in a similar role or professional services industry. Demonstrated ability to engage with a range of key stakeholders across all levels of the business, provide advice, guidance, coaching and support. High level of knowledge and application in employee and industrial relations, including legislation and best practice (knowledge of Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, ability to organise and prioritise tasks, work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
