We’re currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join a well-established, values-driven organisation operating a large network of OSHC services nationally. Based full-time in their Central Perth office, this is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of recruitment while playing a key role in ensuring all hiring meets the highest standards of compliance within the sector. About the Role End-to-end recruitment across OSHC services nationally Partner closely with Area Managers and leadership teams Manage high-volume roles including Coordinators, Educators, and leadership positions Ensure all hires meet strict compliance requirements (WWCC, qualifications, right to work, references) Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation Build talent pipelines and proactive sourcing strategies Drive best-practice recruitment processes and candidate experience Support onboarding and broader HR initiatives About You Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Strong understanding of the OSHC sector and its compliance requirements is preferred Confident managing high-volume recruitment while maintaining attention to detail Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Highly organised with a proactive and solutions-focused approach Passionate about delivering both quality hires and compliant outcomes Why Join?
