The role is critical in ensuring successful adoption of business, technology, and operating model changes by embedding change strategies that drive sustained outcomes for our clients. As a key member of the consulting team, the Organization Change Manager will partner closely with business leaders, program sponsors, delivery teams, and stakeholders to manage the people side of change—ensuring transitions are well planned, communicated, and effectively adopted. Requirements Key Responsibilities Change Strategy & Execution Design and deliver end‑to‑end change management strategies aligned with program objectives and client outcomes. Conduct change impact assessments , readiness assessments, and stakeholder analyses. Develop and execute change plans covering communications, engagement, training, and adoption . Support transformation initiatives including technology implementations, operating model changes, and business process transformations . Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, program sponsors, and executives . Engage with cross‑functional stakeholders to build alignment and commitment to change. Coach leaders and managers on change leadership and people impact management. Communications & Training Create targeted communication strategies and artefacts to support awareness and buy‑in. Partner with learning teams to design and deliver training and capability uplift programs . Ensure consistent messaging across all levels of the organisation Adoption, Measurement & Reinforcement Define and track change adoption metrics and success measures . Identify resistance risks and implement mitigation strategies. Embed reinforcement mechanisms to ensure sustainable change post‑implementation. Consulting Contribution Contribute to business development , proposals, and client presentations as required. Support the growth of Infosys Consulting’s Change and Transformation capability through knowledge sharing and thought leadership. Collaborate with multi‑disciplinary consulting teams across strategy, technology, and delivery. Skills & Experience Required Essential 7 years of experience in Organisational Change Management , preferably within a consulting environment . Proven experience delivering change on large‑scale transformation programs . Strong understanding of structured change methodologies (Prosci / ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent). Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior executives . Ability to work across complex, matrixed organisations and fast‑paced environments. Strong presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills. Desirable Experience with technology‑enabled transformations (ERP, CRM, Salesforce, Workday, SAP, Digital platforms). Change experience across industries such as Banking, Energy, Utilities, Government, or Resources . Prosci or equivalent Change Management certification . Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments . Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
