This role is critical in ensuring projects are well-coordinated, governed, and aligned with organisational delivery frameworks. Working across multiple initiatives, you will provide centralised coordination across planning, reporting, financial tracking, scheduling, and stakeholder engagement. You will play a key role in enabling consistent, high-quality delivery practices while ensuring accurate reporting to support informed decision-making at a portfolio and leadership level. Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end project support including planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking across multiple IT projectsMaintain governance artefacts such as status reports, RAID logs, dashboards, and portfolio-level reportingDrive financial tracking, including budget monitoring, forecasting, and cost reporting against baselinesManage stakeholder communications, ensuring alignment across project teams, vendors, and business stakeholdersSupport resource and vendor coordination, including onboarding/offboarding and contract administration Skills & Experience Demonstrated experience supporting IT projects, including governance, reporting, and delivery coordinationStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage, influence, and communicate across diverse groupsProven expertise in financial tracking, budgeting, forecasting, and project financial reportingHighly developed organisational and analytical skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlinesProficiency with project management tools (e.g., PPM systems) and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) If you are interested and possess the right experience, please apply now via the link below.
