About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and qualified Chef to join our team on a full time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing kitchen operations and delivering high-quality meals in line with our standards. Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 per annum superannuation Key Responsibilities: Planning and preparing high-quality dishes in accordance with menu requirements Designing and updating menus in consultation with management Monitoring food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency and quality Managing kitchen operations, including stock control and ordering supplies Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards Supervising and training kitchen staff Managing portion control and minimizing food wastage Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment Requirements: Relevant qualification (Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or higher) Relevant work experience as a Chef Strong knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational and time management skills How to Apply: Please submit your resume and cover letter outlining your experience and suitability for the role at saporedimartin@gmail.com.
