Business Development Manager - Pets In Peace (QLD-Brisbane) Location: Loganholme About the role We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to build and grow strong partnerships with Veterinary Clinics across the state . This role is key to expanding market share while ensuring the delivery of premium pet aftercare services that consistently meet and exceed customer expectations. You will be the face of our brand in the veterinary community-combining commercial acumen with empathy, professionalism, and a relationship‑first approach. What you'll be doing Build and develop new business relationships with Veterinary Clinics statewide Grow and protect market share through proactive business development initiatives Promote and educate vet teams on our services and products, including onboarding new clinics Identify and convert new business opportunities within new and existing clients Maintain strong, trusted relationships with Vet Owners and Practice Managers Attend industry conferences, expos, and networking events Provide market intelligence and contribute to strategic growth initiatives Manage client expectations and resolve issues professionally Work towards sales targets, call cycles, and training KPIs Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare reports as required Uphold WH&S standards, company values, and professional presentation About you Proven experience in business development or sales (minimum 5 years) Strong track record of growing market share and managing client relationships Experience managing a large geographic territory Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills Customer‑focused, commercially driven, and results oriented Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating with cross‑functional teams Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Able to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast‑paced environment Why join us?
