Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end campus recruitment cycles, including planning, sourcing, screening, and offer management. Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, student organisations, and internal stakeholders. Coordinate and execute early careers recruitment campaigns, including graduate and internship programs. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver high-quality early career talent pipelines. Manage peak recruitment periods and large candidate volumes associated with graduate hiring cycles. Conduct candidate screening interviews and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for campus candidates. Organise and support university events, career fairs, networking sessions, and campus engagement initiatives. Collaborate with the broader recruitment team to ensure consistent candidate experience and hiring processes. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally with a strong focus on campus or early careers recruitment. Demonstrated experience managing full campus recruitment cycles, including peak hiring periods. Hands-on recruiter who is comfortable managing high volumes and end-to-end recruitment processes. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills. Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, collaborative recruitment team.
