This is a hands on, high impact role where you’ll work closely with subject matter experts to turn technical knowledge into engaging, practical learning that supports our projects and people. This is not just coordination. You will play a key role in building, shaping and improving how learning is delivered, tracked and experienced across Icon. The Role of Learning & Development Coordinator This role sits at the centre of our learning function, supporting both corporate and site based teams. You will manage our LMS, build and improve content, and ensure training is structured, tracked and aligned to operational needs. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across operations, finance and technical teams to capture knowledge and turn it into meaningful, accessible learning. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the Learning Management System (Litmos), including uploads, tracking and reporting Partner with subject matter experts to build structured, role based learning pathways Design and develop engaging digital content including modules, assessments and resources Build training content and plans for key roles and embed these into the LMS Track and report on training completion, compliance and effectiveness across all regions Manage training records, certifications and documentation for audit and compliance purposes Identify gaps in technical learning and implement improvements Coordinate training programs, logistics and communications across the business Continuously improve learning experiences using tools such as Canva or animation platforms Source and integrate external training to strengthen Icon-specific capability About You Strong capability in learning design and content creation, previous work in corporate training, education, or professional development settings would be preferred Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design is essential. Experience with learning management systems (LMS), authoring tools (such as Articulate or Adobe Captivate), and strong communication skills are highly valued. Familiarity with evaluating training effectiveness and adapting content based on feedback is also important.
