About the Role This is a phone-based sales role focused on converting inbound enquiries into funded deals. You will take ownership of the full sales process - from initial contact and qualification, through to structuring the deal, and working closely with the internal credit team to get applications approved and settled. This is not a broking role with multiple lenders. You will be representing a single lender’s product suite and operating within a structured, KPI-driven environment, liaising with brokers and customers alike. Success in this role comes down to your ability to build rapport quickly, manage multiple deals at once, and proactively drive each application through to completion. Key Responsibilities Liaise with brokers and build a strong relationship for repeat business. Convert inbound enquiries into qualified opportunities Understand client needs and structure suitable funding solutions Guide customers through the application and approval process Liaise with internal credit teams to progress and close deals Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the process Manage your pipeline effectively using CRM Achieve daily activity, pipeline, and conversion KPIs About You Previous experience in phone-based or high-volume sales Exposure to finance or lending is a must Strong drive to achieve targets and earn commission Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly Highly organised with strong time management skills Comfortable working in a structured, KPI-driven environment If this role sounds like the right fit, apply now.
