About the Role We’re partnering with a well-established civil contractor delivering specialised concrete and FRP (Fibre Reinforced Polymer) solutions across infrastructure, remediation, and structural projects across Southeast Queensland. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead project delivery, oversee multiple teams, and drive performance across the business. This is a key leadership position offering full operational oversight, where you’ll play a critical role in shaping project outcomes, mentoring teams, and contributing to strategic growth. You’ll be working across technically challenging projects with a strong focus on quality, safety, and innovation.
