Projects typically sit around $7M in value, with the role responsible for managing 2-3 sites concurrently across north Brisbane. This role would suit an experienced Site Manager, or a strong Structures Foreman looking to join a business with a strong project pipeline and supportive leadership team. The Company This builder delivers projects across both new build and fitout/refurbishment sectors, with values ranging from $1M - $40M. Their portfolio spans childcare, education, multi-residential, health, aged care, retail, hospitality and commercial developments. They are known for maintaining a hands-on leadership approach, ensuring site teams are well supported and projects are delivered properly, without cutting corners. The business values people who take ownership, communicate well and work collaboratively, providing stability and autonomy rather than micromanagement. What You'll Be Doing Overseeing the day-to-day management of site operations Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teams Managing site safety, quality and programme delivery Working closely with Project Managers and Contract Administrators Ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard What You Bring Ideally 5 years' experience as a Site Manager or Foreman Experience delivering commercial new build projects Childcare project experience beneficial but not essential Strong leadership and communication skills A proactive approach with a strong work ethic Systems used across projects include Jobpac, Procore, HammerTech and Microsoft Project.
