We are seeking an experienced Construction Contract Cleaning Supervisor to join our growing operation in Melbourne. This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role suited to someone who can lead from the front, drive new business, and deliver exceptional service across multiple sites. About the Role This is not your standard supervisor role — you will be on the tools , leading by example while also playing a key part in growing and developing the division . You will be responsible for overseeing construction cleaning projects from start to finish, while identifying new opportunities and building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Supervise and work on-site daily across construction cleaning projects Carry out builders cleans, final cleans, and site cleans to a high standard Generate new business opportunities and actively grow the client base Attend client meetings and prepare quotes/tenders for new work Manage and coordinate cleaning staff, schedules, and site allocations Liaise with builders, site managers, and clients to ensure smooth delivery Handle client requests, variations, and urgent site requirements Order and manage cleaning supplies, equipment, and stock levels Ensure all works are completed in line with OH&S and site compliance requirements About You Proven experience in construction/site cleaning (essential) Previous experience in a supervisory or leading hand role Strong understanding of builders cleans and construction environments Ability to win work, quote jobs, and build relationships Hands-on, reliable, and willing to lead from the front Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities Full driver’s licence (required) What’s on Offer Competitive salary package incentives for growth Company vehicle provided Opportunity to build and grow a division with real autonomy Strong pipeline of work and support from management Long-term career progression within a growing business Why Join Us?
