The Role The Operations Manager is a senior leadership position within the Operations team, reporting directly to the Head of Restaurants. You will be responsible for the overall performance, profitability, and operational excellence of a portfolio of restaurants within your remit. You are a key link between restaurant teams and Head Office and your responsibilities will include: Lead and support multiple restaurants to deliver exceptional food and service Coach and develop Area Managers and Restaurant Managers Drive sales, control costs (labour & COGS), and improve profitability Ensure strong team culture, engagement, and performance Oversee rostering, stock control, and day-to-day operations Expansion and new restaurant openings and business growth Your Background & Experience This role is ideal for a highly driven and experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will play a critical role in scaling operations, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across a growing restaurant network.
