The Role This is a high-impact BDR role where you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients and play a key role in building pipeline. You’ll be working across a strong mix of: Warm inbound leads (events, webinars, partnerships) Targeted outbound activity Your role is to engage and qualify real estate business owners and decision-makers , booking meetings for a high-performing closing team. What You’ll Be Doing Engaging inbound and outbound prospects across phone, email, and CRM Qualifying opportunities and moving them through the pipeline Booking high-quality meetings for senior sales leaders Building targeted prospect lists with internal data support Maintaining accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM What We’re Looking For (Must-Have) Experience in real estate, proptech, or selling into real estate agencies 1–3 years in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role Confident speaking with business owners / decision-makers Resilient, driven, and motivated by earning potential Strong communication and objection-handling skills What’s On Offer Up to $90K base super $150K OTE Strong mix of warm inbound leads outbound pipeline Structured onboarding and ongoing training from top performers Clear progression into BDM / closing roles High-performance, no-ego culture Join a business at a critical growth stage Why This Role?
