Karlayura Personnel is partnering directly with NMT Projects on a major project, coordinating the mobilisation of personnel, contractors, and resources across multiple sites. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations and efficient workforce management. Key Responsibilities Coordinate mobilisation of employees and contractors, including travel, accommodation, and rostering. Manage FIFO rosters and crew schedules, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project requirements. Conduct inductions, manage documentation, and ensure all personnel comply with company and client standards. Maintain training matrices, accreditation records, and compliance documentation. Liaise with clients, contractors, airlines, and accommodation providers to ensure seamless personnel movement. Produce weekly reports on flights, accommodation, and mobilisation forecasts. Monitor costs and assist project accounts with travel and accommodation budgets. Skills & Experience Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar mobilisation, workforce, or administration role. Knowledge of construction, mining, or logistics environments is highly regarded. Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong organisational and reporting skills. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
