Our client is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer This is a Senior leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring the business runs efficiently, consistently, and to a high standard. Reports to the Managing Director and drives operational performance, budget oversight, and accountability across all departments. Focuses on improving systems, streamlining processes, and allocating resources to support growth. They would be leading their own team within a broader workforce of over 150 plus staff You will be providing strong leadership, building team capability, and fostering a high-performing culture. Key focus areas include: Operational management and continuous improvement Delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience Leadership development and team performance Compliance, risk management, and governance Executing business strategy and driving growth initiatives You will act as a key partner to the Managing Director, translating strategy into action, leading change, and ensuring initiatives are effectively implemented across the organisation. About You. Experience Leading, supporting and developing a team in the Real Estate space Able to Provide clear direction, set expectations and maintain accountability across the team. Support leaders and managers across the business to build capability, improve performance and maintain alignment. Train and develop leaders across the business to strengthen leadership capability and consistency. Review team structures and workforce allocation to ensure the business is set up for efficiency, accountability and growth. Foster a strong, positive and high performing team culture. Promote collaboration, communication and consistency across departments. Monitor team performance and address issues proactively.
