What You’ll Be Doing Working within a small leadership team in a growing Melbourne North office, you will: Conduct client interviews to identify needs and outline legal strategies. Draft and review legal documents including contracts, wills, statements of claim and settlement agreements. Represent clients in court, tribunals and mediation sessions. Manage files end-to-end, liaising with external stakeholders and maintaining clear records. What You’ll Bring Admission to practice law in Victoria and a relevant law degree. Proven litigation experience with drafting and representation in court settings. Strong communication, negotiation and analytical problem-solving skills.
