What You’ll Be Doing Lead corporate insolvency and external administration matters across sectors Advise secured lenders, insolvency practitioners and creditors on asset realisation Draft court documents, manage deadlines and appear in enforcement proceedings What You’ll Bring 3 years’ PQE in restructuring, insolvency or commercial litigation Proven ability to manage varied workloads under tight deadlines Excellent drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management Technical proficiency in MS Office and PEXA Why Join?
