Company: ConsultANZ is looking for a Civil Supervisor in Queensland. The project is $2bn of Highway upgrade project in Queensland. Main Duties: Supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil construction activities , including asphalt and chip seal works . Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards . Manage site teams, including operators, laborers, subcontractors, and surveyors. Liaise with Project Managers, engineers, and contractors to maintain project progress. Assist with planning, reporting, and on-site problem-solving. Requirements: 6years experience supervising asphalt and chip seal projects . Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to live and work in Rockhampton, QLD . Knowledge of civil construction standards and safety regulations. Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
