The Opportunity You will lead a small, capable team while taking ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across the business. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you’ll play a key role in lifting capability, refining processes, and ensuring the business is making informed, data-led decisions. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting process Deliver timely, accurate and insightful reporting to senior stakeholders Partner with operational leaders to drive performance and accountability Provide commercial analysis and challenge to support key decisions and initiatives Identify risks and opportunities, and implement practical solutions Improve reporting, processes, and systems to drive efficiency and better insights Lead, develop and mentor a high-performing finance team About You You are a commercially astute finance professional who enjoys being close to the business. You bring a strong technical foundation but are equally comfortable influencing stakeholders and simplifying complex financial information.
