Key responsibilities Preparation of tax returns, processing and reviewing financial statements, preparation of management reports, preparation of review of BAS/IAS returns, preparation of interim financial accounts and providing tax planning proposals, preparation and analysis of management reports, preparation of tax effect accounting, analyse and review accounts, monthly payroll, payroll tax submission, FBT preparation and lodgement and financial data presentation. This position requires a team player with excellent initiative. Ability to build trust and relationships with clients is key. Good communication and mentoring skills are necessary to provide support and training to junior staff members. You will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. What you need to apply CA or CPA qualifications with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role. Ideal experience would be within mid-tier or Big 4 exposure, proficient in Xero and MYOB, excellent written and verbal communication.
