The role: Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Corporate Accountant will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely financial reporting across the group. This position is responsible for month-end processes, balance sheet reconciliations, tax compliance and supporting statutory reporting, while working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors. Your day-to-day duties will include: Preparation of month-end financial reports, balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis Maintenance of fixed asset and investment property registers and depreciation schedules Supporting year-end statutory reporting and audit processes Managing corporate accounts payable, receivable and payment runs Assisting with cash flow forecasting Supporting the Financial Controller and CFO with ad-hoc projects as required About you: You will be CA or CPA qualified with solid experience in a commercial accounting environment. Strong technical accounting skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines are essential. Experience within property or exposure to property management systems will be highly regarded. You will be a proactive and collaborative professional who enjoys working as part of a high-performing team and takes pride in delivering accurate, value-add financial insights.
