They promote from within and will support further training Well-run business with strong systems, structure and support behind you Long-term, stable opportunity with a strong pipeline of work The Role: Support delivery of civil works on a major infrastructure project Manage QA, documentation and project tracking Coordinate subcontractors and site teams Work closely with the head contractor and key stakeholders on site Ensure works are delivered in line with programme and specifications Get into the detail and help drive outcomes on site Build strong working relationships across the project The Criteria: Background as a CA, Project Engineer or Project Coordinator in civil construction Relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or similar Proven experience working within the Australian civil construction market Strong understanding of QA, documentation and delivery processes Comfortable in a site-based, fast-paced environment Confident communicator who can build relationships quickly The Company Local civil contractor delivering infrastructure projects across SA, with a solid mix of metro Adelaide and regional work across roads, earthworks, services and subdivisions.
