The Role As Head of Growth, you will step into a newly created executive position with a clear and defined pathway to Chief Growth Officer within 12 months. Partnering closely with the CEO, you will shape and deliver a high-impact growth agenda, with the autonomy and mandate to influence enterprise-wide direction. You will translate strategic priorities into measurable commercial outcomes, building scalable frameworks that strengthen market presence, accelerate revenue performance, and enhance organisational impact. This is an opportunity to prove capability at executive level, drive meaningful expansion, and progress into a Chief Growth Officer remit as the strategy gains traction. Your remit includes: Driving growth through tenders, funding, and strategic partnerships. Repositioning and scaling newly acquired services to deliver immediate and measurable outcomes. Developing market-ready service offerings, structured referral pathways, and revenue pipelines. Implementing disciplined CRM, reporting, and pipeline governance to track performance and opportunities. Leading enterprise-wide growth initiatives across multiple service lines and regions. Overseeing business development, tenders, grants, marketing, and stakeholder engagement. Strengthening brand positioning and reputation in the sector. Building and leading a high-performing growth function. Transitioning into a Chief Growth Officer remit with performance-linked incentives. This is a hands-on, results driven role for a leader who can “build while flying” and deliver tangible impact quickly. The CEO is seeking an outcomes driven, self-directed professional who understands how to structure their time, and priorities, to maximise results in a complex, mission aligned setting. You will be motivated by meaningful work, able to live the organisation’s values, and equally committed to optimising sustainable commercial outcomes. You bring: A strong track record of developing and winning tenders, funding, and competitive contracts. Demonstrated success building structured referral networks and revenue pipelines that deliver measurable outcomes. Commercial acumen, with risk awareness and sound decision-making. Confidence engaging executive leaders, Boards, government, and sector stakeholders to secure results. Exceptional written and verbal communication, including persuasive submissions and presentations. High CRM literacy with disciplined reporting and pipeline governance. Professionals with experience in allied health, community services, or HR / professional services will be highly regarded, bringing transferable capability and an understanding of regulated, people-centric operating models. You are commercially focused and entrepreneurial, with proven experience delivering measurable growth from well defined growth plans by combining sharp insight with disciplined execution to drive tangible revenue and market impact in dynamic environments.
