About the role We’re seeking an experienced, confident, and personable HR Advisor to join our team on a full‑time maternity leave contract, based at our Wakerley site in Brisbane. You’ll partner closely with employees and leaders to deliver end‑to‑end HR support across the full employee lifecycle. Your work will span recruitment, onboarding, development programs, employee engagement and general HR advisory. What you will be doing Managing end‑to‑end recruitment and supporting smooth onboarding and induction processes. Building strong working relationships across the business to support engagement, performance and development conversations. Assisting with HR programs including graduate development, annual performance reviews and engagement surveys. Preparing HR documentation such as contracts, variations, communications, payroll information and other reporting. Providing day‑to‑day HR advice aligned with policies, procedures and legislation. Supporting culture and engagement initiatives, including onsite events and offsite conferences. Ad‑hoc travel (driving) to our Gold Coast site required; occasional interstate travel is a possibility. Contributing to a wide range of HR tasks, including work that falls outside a traditional HR scope. Who we are looking for Must‑have experience Proven HR generalist experience across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, ER/IR awareness, performance management, documentation, and engagement. Demonstrated experience supporting multiple sites, ideally within operational, manufacturing or logistics environments, with the ability to adjust communication styles to suit different teams and leaders. Capability to work autonomously, stepping into an established function with minimal training and quickly learning new systems and processes.
