We’re seeking a strong finishes foreman on a contract agreement to help a team close out a detailed and high end collection of luxury apartments in Sydney’s East. PROJECT AVAILABLE: Mixed use multi unit residential units Tier 2 Builder Immediate start 8 month opportunity Potential to move to another project close upon completion WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE Exposer to well-organised and experienced team Hourly Rate or Day Rate $ – Weekly Pay PAYG or PTY options available Work with a well organised team KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage a team of subcontractors to bring a project in on time and budget The daily management and coordination of materials, equipment, schedules and safety of employees and the general public The liaison between the client and sub-contractor Assisting in the development of the project instructions Maintaining communication with superiors and subcontractors KEY REQUIREMENTS A trade carpenter or tertiary qualification in construction Keen eye for high quality workmanship and ability hold subcontractors accountable Proven track record working with a reputable contractor Previous history working on luxury residential new build projects (units or luxury homes) Tier 1 or 2 commercial or defence experience Relevant OH&S and IR knowledge Solid organisation and communication skills Proven experience as a Foreman – Contactable references Start getting paid for the hours you put in – Apply Now!
