The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced, senior individual to grow and develop the commercial maintenance business within the company. This includes providing landscape maintenance and horticultural services to developers and the local government. This role is pivotal in driving the trajectory of this business unit, where you will leverage your expertise to motivate the 50 staff and to expand the client base and revenue over the coming years. The Role Building fruitful relationships with new and existing clients Tendering on new maintenance contracts Managing and recruiting staff Delegating tasks to your Account Managers Working to strict schedules and budgets Driving revenue growth The Requirements Certificate III in Parks & Gardens OR Horticulture Diploma of Horticulture (Desired) 5-10 years experience as a Senior Manager in commercial landscape maintenance Drivers License Open to Relocating?
