The Opportunity A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the senior maintenance management team to manage multiple high-profile commercial sites. You will lead a skilled and dedicated team of maintenance professionals, supported by clear communication and mentorship from the Maintenance Managers. If you are proactive, energetic, client-focused, and eager to grow, this role could be your perfect fit! Key Responsibilities Plan and schedule weekly tasks Manage a team of up to 10 staff members Delegate responsibilities effectively Liaise with clients and external stakeholders Procurement of equipment and resources Engage with the local community Perform hands-on maintenance and horticultural work Collaborate closely with the Maintenance Manager The Requirements Certificate III in Horticulture OR Parks & Gardens 5 years’ experience within the commercial landscape maintenance industry Strong managerial and organisational skills Team Leaders looking for progression please apply!
