About the Role: As a Youth Services Case Worker, you will provide trauma-informed case management and support to young people impacted by substance use. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you’ll build strong therapeutic relationships, support engagement in treatment programs, and help clients achieve their recovery goals. Deliver case management and trauma-informed support to young people Support participation in programs, group activities, and cultural engagement Coordinate care plans and assist clients to achieve treatment goals Maintain accurate case notes, reporting, and data entry Collaborate with internal teams and external services Participate in intake, aftercare, and on-call roster Contribute to a safe, culturally respectful, and supportive environment About You: Diploma (or higher) in AOD, Youth Work, Community Services or similar Experience working with young people, ideally in AOD or community services Strong understanding of trauma-informed and culturally safe practice Ability to work both independently and within a team Excellent communication and administration skills Commitment to maintaining a drug-free lifestyle Requirements: NT Ochre Card (or ability to obtain) National Police Check NT Driver’s Licence First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain) Ability to meet pre-employment screening, including drug testing Be part of a service committed to improving health equity and empowering communities.
