They require a skilled Commercial/ Property Lawyer with 3 to 5 years of experience managing end-to-end residential conveyancing matters. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end residential conveyancing matters independently Manage off-the-plan transactions with precision and efficiency Prepare and review contracts, transfer documents, and settlement statements Strata By Laws Sale of Business and Small Business Advice and General Commercial Contracts Liaise with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions Maintain compliance with relevant legislation and firm policies Experience Commercial Property Lawyer or experienced Property Paralegal Between 3 to 5 years' experience in conveyancing Off-the-plan experience highly preferred Drafting of Leasing Commercial and Retail Drafting of by Laws PEXA proficiency is essential Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team Personal Attributes Motivated and eager to learn Team player with the ability to work autonomously Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities Strong organizational and time management skills Exceptional customer service skills and commitment to confidentiality As the position is based in Dee Why on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, please carefully consider your location before applying, as the client is committed to supporting a healthy work-life balance and is seeking someone for whom the daily commute will be reasonable and sustainable.
