Established International Company based on the Northern Beaches of Sydney 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. shifts available $35 - $37 plus super per hour (opportunity of overtime) Fantastic Company Culture Our client located on the Northern Beaches is seeking a production worker to join their team. This position will commence on a casual basis with a view to a permanent position. Reporting to the Production Manager, this role will see you take responsibility to continually drive production to promote standards within their manufacturing operations. Experience working within the manufacturing of flavours industry is preferred however could suit someone who has worked as a mixer, blender or compounder within other industries. The role will also require you to be involved in the receiving of raw materials and dispatch of finished good, forklift licence is advantageous but not essential. Key Responsibilities Include: Blending and mixing product following set recipes Careful weighing/preparation of ingredients Working with raw materials ensuring integrity Building and maintaining effective relationships key staff members internally Ensure compliance with all health and safety. Manufacture products within strict guidelines and ensure product integrity Ensuring plant and equipment is cleaned to high standards. Essential Criteria: Current Forklift Licence (optional) Able to accurately weigh and process raw materials Maintain a clean and orderly work area Have an understanding of receiving and dispatch Able to do heavy lifting Adhere to strict WHS policies and procedures Have good attention to detail Have reliable transport to get to work Be punctual and reliable A background in either food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics or similar is highly desirable There is no bus or train to the location candidates will only be considered if they live on the Northern Beaches of Sydney or have a car and are willing to travel.
