The RC Driller plays a pivotal role in the execution of high-quality drilling programs working on a 2/2 roster across projects in the Goldfields. This role requires not only technical expertise but a strong commitment to safety, respectful workplace behaviours, and collaboration with the geological team to ensure drilling meets sample quality and geological interpretation standards. Responsibilities Operate RC drill rigs productively in accordance with safe work instructions to drilling projects Ensure all drilling meets quality standards, including sample recovery, contamination control, and depth accuracy Provide feedback to geology teams on ground conditions, sample issues, or observed lithology during drilling Direct supervision of the trainee Drillers and Drilling Offsiders Perform minor maintenance tasks and basic troubleshooting to ensure equipment reliability and minimise downtime, escalating major issues promptly Maintain equipment logs, service schedules, and shift reports Set the standard for safety first and promote a positive team environment About You HR drivers’ licence (minimum) 5 years RC Drilling experience (minimum) Hold Certificate III in Drilling Operations (or higher) Experience in working in remote areas Schedule 26 Qualification (desirable but not required) Certificate IV Training & Assessment (desirable) What We Offer Site accommodation Temp to Perm employemnt Immediate start Secure long-term work Weekly pay, $70-$90 hourly 2/2 Roster Opportunities for career growth and leadership development If you wish to be considered for this role, please send an up to date resume to taylorheath@techforce.com.au Alternatively, if you require Skilled Operators for your site please reach out on the email above.
