Building Manager – Residential & BMC Portfolio Liverpool, Sydney Salary: $110,000 Total Package Start: ASAP Our client, a well-regarded and growing property services organisation, is seeking an experienced Building Manager to oversee a portfolio of two residential strata plans and one Building Management Committee (BMC) in Liverpool. This is a great opportunity for a confident and capable Building Manager who has experience working within BMC structures and is comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across a medium-sized residential community. The portfolio consists of approximately 300 residential lots across two strata plans, along with responsibilities relating to the shared facilities governed by the BMC. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the buildings while maintaining strong relationships with residents, strata committees and service providers. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of two residential strata schemes and one BMC Manage and coordinate contractors and service providers, ensuring works are completed safely and to a high standard Act as the main on-site point of contact for owners, residents and strata committees Assist with budget planning and monitoring building expenditure Prepare and present regular building reports Ensure building procedures, compliance and WHS requirements are maintained Maintain accurate documentation, records and compliance registers Attend Committee Meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs) when required Manage stakeholder relationships within the BMC structure, ensuring smooth coordination of shared facilities About You: Our client is looking for a strong Building Manager with a confident personality who can take ownership of the site and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
