We represent 10 automotive brands at these locations with over 250 staff member. As we continue to improve performance and drive the next phase of growth, we are seeking a highly organised and analytical Group Operations & Performance Analyst to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in the performance and coordination of our dealership group, working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to support decision-making, drive accountability, and implement key business initiatives. The Role This role acts as the operational control centre of the business, linking executive leadership with dealership General Managers and departments across the group. You will be responsible for performance reporting, business analysis, and project coordination, ensuring that key initiatives are implemented effectively and that leadership has the insights required to drive results. Key Responsibilities Performance Analysis & Reporting : Prepare and deliver monthly dealership performance analysis Produce executive reports and group KPI dashboards Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting cadence including: - sales performance - used vehicle stock and ageing - service metrics (including open repair orders) - finance performance Conduct trend analysis, profitability comparisons, and benchmarking across dealerships Provide insights to support decision-making and performance improvement Project Coordination & Implementation : Support the rollout and tracking of key group initiatives, including: - service retention strategies - finance customer retention programs Monitor progress, track outcomes, and report on performance against objectives Meeting Coordination & Communication : Coordinate and support: - General Manager meetings - dealership performance reviews - strategy and project meetings Prepare agendas, document outcomes, and track action items Act as a communication link between leadership and dealership teams About You To be successful in this role, you will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data in a fast-paced environment. You will bring: Strong Excel and data analysis capability, Power BI skills preferred.
