The Role Anglicare Southern Queensland are seeking an experienced and people centred HR Enablement & Support (HRES) Partner to join our People & Culture team and deliver high quality operational and strategic HR services across our Aged Care Services (ACS) portfolio. As HRES Partner, you'll manage a broad, multidisciplinary team ensuring cohesive service delivery and a unified, collaborative team culture. As the trusted HR partner for our ACS portfolio, you'll drive workforce capability, embed best practice initiatives, and contribute to sustainable service delivery across a deeply purpose driven environment. As a HRES Partner you will: deliver operational and strategic human resource services, within a specific client portfolio provide tailored, value-add solutions through the provision of a range of high-quality human resource services to stakeholders develop knowledge and capability of the Human Resources Enablement and Support (HRES) team and foster a strong, cohesive and positive team culture consult with leaders and provide effective HR advice and quality services in relation to workforce planning, employee lifecycle, employee relations, performance management, remuneration management, conflict resolution and proactive management of emerging HR operational and strategic needs work in accordance with the values of Anglicare Southern Queensland (Anglicare) and support core business by providing service, guidance and advice within this position's specialty area. What our team are looking for: Success in this role requires exceptional team collaboration, influence, and stakeholder engagement, along with strong expertise in employee relations, change management, and workforce enablement. Prior experience within the aged care or broader health and community services sector is essential to navigate the unique environment and support required for our ACS portfolio. Position specific requirements include: Bachelor's degree in a human resources management or related discipline National Police Check (or ability to attain) Extensive generalist HR experience in a similar position partnering with different levels of leadership and capability across the employee lifecycle spectrum Experienced in HR best practice implementation, including quality and compliance Strong capability in providing advice, coaching, feedback, and support to business leaders Sound knowledge of relevant employment legislation and enterprise bargaining Good analytical and problem-solving skills with experience resolving complex and diverse employee relations matters including end to end management of employee investigations and Fair Work Claims/conciliations Leadership skills to shape, develop and support high functioning teams with a strong client ethos Willingness to be proactive and help others, contribute to the continuous improvement of a positive, collaborative and effective work environment.
