This is a Senior Commission and Sales Analyst role with CyberCX based in Sydney, NSW, AU CyberCX Role Seniority - mid level, senior More about the Senior Commission and Sales Analyst role at CyberCX Position Summary & Primary Objectives Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer (CCO), the Commission and Sales Analyst is responsible for administering CyberCX’s sales commission plan and supporting the implementation of related system improvements. The role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of all data, reporting, and processes that underpin sales performance recognition and commission payments. It also provides guidance to plan participants and sales leaders, helping maintain compliance and operational consistency across the sales commission framework. Key Roles & Responsibilities Support the implementation and delivery of CyberCX’s sales commission plan, ensuring data, reporting, and system requirements are met in line with availability and complexity Assist with the implementation of the individual target‑setting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business expectations Maintain records of sales performance, recognition calculations, and commission payments, ensuring completeness and auditability Provide support to sales commission plan participants and sales leaders, enforcing policy compliance and escalating issues where appropriate Ensure the integrity and reliability of systems used throughout the sales commission process, identifying and resolving discrepancies Produce reporting and insights to support planning, budgeting, and performance analysis Liaise with Finance and Payroll to ensure commission payments are processed accurately and on time Preferred Qualifications, Experience & Skills 2–5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to sales environments or incentive‑based remuneration May possess or be working towards a tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field Proficiency in Salesforce (CRM) and other customer success tools.
