The Role We are seeking a Mandarin/English-speaking individual to join the team as a sales support coordinator, working a non-standard working hours in their North Sydney office in our office Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm . This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth coordination and monitoring of production and order fulfilment processes for a prominent retail customer based in Europe and support the account manager in administrative duties. Duties Report to the Sales Director based in UK, work with the Australian Team. Fill in the relevant data into customer’s various web portals. Communicate with customer’s buying team to resolve issues. Process data and reports into sales spreadsheets and to the company database. Create costing sheets for presentations & submission to clients. Coordinate and collaborate with internal resources such as the Compliance, Technical, and Design team. Place and process orders to our suppliers Communicate with China-based suppliers, following up on deliverables and due dates. Monitor and track orders, and delivery status. Check artwork and packaging are completed against each sales order. Check inspection reports are completed against each sales order. Manage parcel deliveries including unpacking and packing samples for couriers. Skills and Experience Mandarin & English language skills are essential. Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn. Highly organised individual with attention to details. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
