The Role As the Youth Development Officer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering innovative youth programs, seeking funding and create strong external partnerships across the Town's community facilities. This position reports to the Youth Services Supervisor and works closely with the Youth and Community Development team members to ensure effective programs are delivered and well communicated. This exciting opportunity provides the ability to make a significant difference in the lives of young people. You will need the ability to multi-task and make decisions quickly and respond to the needs of a dynamic youth service. You will be interfacing with everyone from members of the public and the internal team, to employers and external stakeholders.
