About the Role We’re partnering with a leading organisation in the commercial real estate space to recruit a Senior Systems Analyst (MRI) . This is a key role within a high-performing Shared Services function, where you’ll act as a subject matter expert across MRI systems and play a pivotal role in driving system optimisation, reporting capability, and data-led decision making. Reporting to the GM, Systems & Applications, you’ll also mentor a small offshore support team and work closely with stakeholders across the business. . Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a small Systems Support team Manage MRI ERP data and perform SQL-based analysis Oversee system enhancements, reporting, and integrations Handle 2nd level Jira triage, issue resolution, and root cause analysis Support data migration, Power BI reporting, and system improvements Liaise with external vendors and internal stakeholders Drive automation initiatives and continuous improvement About You You’re a technically strong and commercially aware systems professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. You will demonstrate: Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring or managing teams Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders A proactive, “can-do” attitude with the ability to adapt to change Confidence working across both technical and business-facing environments Skills & Experience Essential: Minimum 5 years’ experience in large, complex organisations Strong hands-on experience with MRI Software (ERP) Advanced SQL skills and experience with data extraction/reporting Experience with support, triage, and tools such as Jira Demonstrated team leadership experience Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial systems Why Apply?
