ABOUT THE ROLE An opportunity has arisen for an experienced BIM Manager to lead all BIM and digital delivery initiatives within the Sydney studio. This role will suit someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on involvement in developing systems, workflows and standards. Working closely with leadership and project teams, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent BIM implementation across projects while helping the practice continue to develop its digital capabilities. This is a key role within the studio and will suit someone who enjoys influencing processes, supporting teams and driving best practice across a busy architectural environment. DUTIES Lead BIM strategy, standards and digital workflows within the Sydney studio Develop, implement and maintain BIM protocols and documentation standards Provide technical leadership and support to project teams using BIM Oversee model coordination, quality control and BIM compliance across projects Manage and maintain BIM templates, libraries and digital resources Provide training, mentoring and guidance to staff across varying levels of BIM experience Work with leadership to identify opportunities for digital innovation and improved workflows Support collaboration between studios to ensure consistency in digital delivery SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Proven experience in a BIM leadership role within architecture or the built environment Advanced proficiency in Revit and strong knowledge of BIM workflows Experience developing BIM standards, templates and documentation protocols Strong understanding of digital project delivery and model coordination Ability to train, mentor and support project teams Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence teams and drive adoption of processes Experience working within architectural or design practices is highly desirable CULTURE This practice values collaboration, creativity and technical excellence.
