Our Access and Inclusion team is looking for an Administrative Support Officer who will play a key role in supporting our staff and helping deliver important services to students. This role provides day‑to‑day administrative support across the Access and Inclusion Office and wider Access, Wellbeing & Equity services, while also coordinating practical supports for students with disability and/or health conditions. Please note: This part‑time position is required to work Thursdays and Fridays. What You’ll Do Deliver professional, confidential front‑of‑house services, including scheduling and prioritising appointments across Murdoch campuses. Coordinate coursework and exam support for students with disabilities or health conditions managing equipment, software, casual staff, and assessment logistics and keeping clear documentation of all processes. Respond to in‑person, phone, and email enquiries from students, staff and the public, providing appropriate support and prioritising needs, including situations where students may be distressed or in crisis. This Fixed Term (12 Months) | Part time (15 hours per week) attracts a remuneration of $73K – $89K (pro rata) plus 17% employer superannuation contributions. High digital literacy, confident use of Microsoft Office, and a willingness to learn new systems. Excellent organisation and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
