Job Description The Electrical Supervisor will have the following responsibilites: Supervise and support the night shift electrical team to maintain operational efficiency. Ensure all electrical systems and machinery are operating safely and effectively. Coordinate and oversee preventative maintenance activities during the night shift. Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns and minimise downtime. Collaborate with other departments to meet production targets and deadlines. Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety standards. Document and report nightly activities, including maintenance and repairs. Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their technical skills. The Successful Applicant A successful Night Shift Electrical Supervisor should have: Relevant electrical trade qualifications or certification. Experience in electrical systems, particularly in the FMCG industry. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development. Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements. Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
