The Role Act on a broad range of contentious construction matters, including commercial building, infrastructure, engineering, residential development and insolvency disputes. Progress litigation matters from commencement to resolution, including drafting pleadings and evidence, preparing advice and briefing counsel. Appear at hearings and interlocutory applications while managing your own files with supportive partner supervision. About You You will ideally have 2–4 years’ PQE with experience in commercial litigation or back-end construction disputes. You will bring strong research and drafting skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. You will be collaborative, client-focused and motivated to build specialist expertise in construction litigation.
