Responsibilities may include the following: Human Resources & Management: Maintain and update office policies and procedures Generate financial reports for directors Manage office supplies inventory and vendor relationships Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments Oversee employee leave management and leave entitlements Assist in onboarding and training new staff members Update and maintain the firm’s website and social media presence Organise business travel arrangements and itineraries Plan and coordinate corporate events, including venue hire, catering, and RSVP management Manage staff memberships, subscriptions, and renewals Learning & Development: Keep practicing certificates up to date for all practitioners Register practitioners for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) events and maintain accurate records Support firm’s CPD accreditation process and upload CPD points to the Legal Practice Board LMS Reception & Administrative Support: Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls on reception Create and maintain electronic client and matter files Data entry, file management, and document preparation Handle extensive email correspondence and manage executive diaries Greet clients and visitors with professionalism Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items Financial Administration (Preferred but not Essential): Assist with accounts payable and receivable Handle monthly invoicing and billing Support payroll processing, BAS, and IAS payments What We're Looking For: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a legal administrative or office support role Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Proactive, resourceful, and able to handle a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information discreetly Experience with legal practice management or related systems is a plus Why Join?
