Your opportunity As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing innovative, scalable, and robust solutions to address complex business challenges across Anglicare. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to create end-to-end solutions that align with the organisation's goals and technical requirements. With integrity and resilience, you will: Analysing and understanding business requirements Lead the design and development of comprehensive solutions that meet business needs while considering factors such as automation, scalability, security, and performance. Work closely with project managers to estimate efforts, plan project timelines, and ensure the successful delivery of solutions within specified timeframes Provide supervision and guidance to development and test teams Continually research current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed Inform and guide various stakeholders on any issues and risks with technical solutions being implemented Assess the business impact that certain technical choices have and put forward recommendations Assist with updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs and budgets What you’ll bring Proven work experience as a Solution Architect end-to-end across technology stacks In-depth work on SaaS, Cloud (Azure) and On-prem based solutions In depth experience in security architecture standards and best practices strong knowledge across various operating systems, applications, databases and networks Knowledge of Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow and Microsoft preferable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and influence decisions when required Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science is preferred Certifications in one or more Cloud vendor offerings preferred strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns and development methodologies. 5 years working as a solution architect on complex, enterprise-level projects experience working across complex organisational matrixes Why Anglicare Sydney?
