You’ll manage complex care, build patient-centred services and support teaching, research and quality improvement to enhance outcomes for older people. Deliver care across acute, rehab and community settings Manage complex cases and guide care plans Supervise junior staff and support team capability Partner with patients, carers and care providers Drive quality, safety and service improvement About You You’re a compassionate specialist ready to lead care for older people and support service excellence.
