About the Opportunity We have an opportunity available for experienced and passionate individual to join our Jigs and Fixtures team as a Project Scheduler. Your responsibilities will include providing technical support & advice to project managers in areas of scheduling to support successful execution of the project. This role is a Permanent full-time opportunity based in Osborne, SA. Responsibilities & Experience Required Create, maintain and manage the project schedule within MS Project Interface with the core team and the ASC supporting team to update schedule progress Interface with Boat Managers to maintain need-by dates in sync with production schedules. Facilitate schedule review workshops to validate logic, durations, and resource needs Adapt the schedule and guide work effort according to shifting priorities - i.e. evaluate and incorporate changes, delays, and risks into the schedule in accordance with project controls processes Support development of mitigation strategies and recovery plans when performance trends indicate schedule slippage Work with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure deliverables are accurately represented in the schedule Monitor schedule performance, identify variances, and analyse impacts to critical and near‑critical paths Produce reports and metrics to service project progress reporting - schedule progress reports, dashboards, and forecasts Support PM with cost account management and coordinate with cost control personnel to align schedule and cost data for integrated project reporting Eligibility This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance.
