As our new Production Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the Site Manager to ensure the smooth, timely, and high‑quality delivery of services for a key client within our factory. This role is central to coordinating production activities, managing incoming and outgoing work, and supporting our team of supported employees with a disability to achieve their daily targets. Please note: This is a full-time, on-site position, Monday to Friday In Addition, As a Production Coordinator You Will Be the go-to person for daily production planning, organising and distributing tasks to ensure timelines are met and quality is maintained. Ensure production is set up and running smoothly each day. Coordinate incoming and outgoing work, ensuring everything is tracked, completed, and delivered in line with client expectations. Act as a key contact point for client communication, handling updates, queries, and service adjustments in a professional and responsive manner. Promote a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment. Requirements Experience in a customer-facing operations role or within a warehouse environment. Strong and clear communication Full-time working rights First Aid and CPR certification WWCC and NDISWC clearance A positive and inclusive approach to supporting people with disabilities.
