Job Brief: We are currently seeking team members with skills or prior work history in Spray-painting, Panel beating or boat building or similar fields for our Murwillumbah Factory. Bring your skills into a new career in manufacturing moulding and detailing. We are interested in hearing from people who are both local, from the Byron Bay or Gold Coast area; or are thinking about relocating to the beautiful northern NSW coast - Tweed Shire or Murwillumbah Area. Job Tasks And Responsibilities, Dependant On Background Detailing work including quality control Filling/Sanding repair work Spray painting experience General workshop housekeeping and Health & Safety Report any unsafe conditions; clearly communicate any potential dangers to production staff on any tools and equipment requiring repair or maintenance. Skills and experience: Aptitude, skills, knowledge, and experience in Spray-painting/ Panel Beating, Boat building Gel coat spraying experience. Experience in custom projects, not essential High attention to detail and accuracy. Competent with power tools Problem solving skills, ability to communicate between departments. Equipment Maintenance experience, beneficial but not essential Safety awareness Skilled operation of a forklift with current Forklift license, advantage but not essential Experience in general site facilities maintenance and housekeeping. Effective communication (verbal and written) and people skills. Initiative-taking and proactive approach. The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Flexible with the ability to manage changing priorities. Experience working in a manufacturing/production environment is beneficial but not a necessity.
